Peter from Sunstainable was incredibly helpful when quoting and installing my solar panels, and he also came by and reset the wifi after my NBN was installed so I could continue to use the great Fronius app. I highly recommend Peter and Sunstainable to anyone looking to install solar panels and batteries, as I am thankful to have been recommended them by colleagues at work.
5 years after my install, Peter returned with his team to help remove then replace my solar panels when I needed to replace my garage roof. He was incredibly helpful (and even came on Sunday morning to fit in with my roof replacement). He returned prompltly to do a great job replacing the solar panels and I highly recommend him and his team for any solar, batter and EV charging jobs! A pleasure do deal with.

We had a professional install of a new Sigenergy system by the team at Sunstainable. The system is working very well, with connection to Amber including curtailment working perfectly first time without any problems or delays.
The quoting process was smooth, with the team understanding what I wanted, and I appreciated the site inspection during quoting to avoid any surprises.
The installation team were knowledgeable, professional, polite, cleaned up and worked around our needs, including the special software access requests, which required a little bit of extra effort.
Even the wait time for installation was reasonable, considering the current crush on availability and the huge number of jobs created by the Cheaper Home Batteries Rebate.
I would definitely recommend this system and these installers.

2nd time I’ve used Sunstainable, this time for a 24kw battery plus 10kw solar. Was really happy last time and yet the service this time was even better! Peter was always available to answer questions and come out in person to finalise amendments to the system, resulting in a really good quality work. Cody and his install team were very friendly and efficient!

I had the pleasure of installing a 485W solar panel on my campervan with Peter, the owner of "Sunstainable." He took two hours of his time to help me with the installation and we had a good chat in the meantime. It was immediately clear that Peter has years of experience in solar installations. I would never recommend this company to anyone .I had my solar installed 9 years ago and there was problems at the start I was told it's the heating that I was using.They sent someone out to check the system and gee he forgot his tools but I was told it was working fine.When 1 of the inverters broke I thought that I would give them another go.So I rang them was told that they would ring back for a date that they could come out 2 months later and I'm still waiting.

Sales person was extremely nice and efficient in support. Installation was terrible, foot marks left all over the roof. When compensation was sort, manager was very slow in sorting the issue. It took two months for the damage to be fixed. Paper work was not submitted after the job to AGL, even after the manager said it had been. I'm still waiting for this issue to be fixed approx. three months after installation.

I had a very steeply raked tiled roof (45 degrees) on a double storey house in Melbourne which would have been a nightmare to install. Sunstainable had installers who did a sensational job despite the difficult roof. Very happy with the tidiness of the job, even the neighbours gave me compliments. Sunstainable sold me a top notch system at a very very competitive price and also replaced my 40 year old switchboard with a new system. Very happy with the experience from start to finish, and therefore I am super happy with this company. The company has been around for the last 10 years, so they are in this business for the long run. I will definitely use them again for any future solar system installations.
